4 N.T.E. Sacco is a transport savings and credit society operating in the central highlands of Kenya since inception in 1992. It was founded by members of three matatu associations based in Nyahururu, Nyeri and Nakuru and established as a Sacco in February of 1992. Consequently, it has retained these areas as their electoral zones.
